Fitness is something that I have been passionate about since I was young. Not being allowed to play sports while growing up, I searched for an outlet to be able to challenge myself physically and mentally. I started working out in a gym when I was 16, faithfully following a workout routine I found in a Muscle and Fitness magazine. Within a year, I was working at the gym, teaching classes, getting certifications and reading every book I could get my hands on, and growing my passion for helping others. Fast forward 24 years and I am still in the fitness industry and am in love with it as ever.

I truly believe that life is a blessing and we need to make the most of it. I LOVE to be outdoors, travel, to be physically capable of doing whatever I want, feel strong and energetic, and take my daughter on adventures.  I feel extremely blessed and humbled that I have been fortunate enough to be successful at something I truly love, that I have met and worked with so many amazing people, and that I am able to have a profession that lets me have a positive influence on others' lives.

People serious about their health and fitness goals need a plan to truly be successful, along with education and accountability to stick to that plan long term. We each have a variety of obstacles to overcome in order to be successful. It is my job to design a program that will enable you to work through those difficulties, create new healthy habits, and learn how to maintain them for life. People have very hectic, busy lives and tend to have a hard time learning how to incorporate the factors of a healthy lifestyle into them… planning and preparing nutritious meals and/or fitting in effective cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility/mobility training based on their bodies needs.

How can you incorporate those things into your schedule realistically and consistently so you can see the results you desire? My job is to design a nutrition and exercise plan based on YOUR lifestyle and individual needs so that healthy choices, moderation, and fun and efficient exercise that can be a realistic, manageable, and permanent part of your life.
