A customized program based on your individual needs and goals. Whether your goal be fat loss, muscle gain, post injury rehab, increased performance, or general health improvement, your plan will be tailored to where you're currently at and what you need to focus on to achieve your desired results!

Motivation and Accountability: Hectic schedules, family responsibilities and work commitments can easily push your nutrition and exercise program out the window. Receive the encouragement, accountability, and sometimes necessary tough love needed to help you implement changes and create new lifelong, healthy habits. I am on your team and will be here to support you through your journey!

Nutrition: Learn the fundamentals of energy balance so you understand how the body uses the food you eat as fuel, and in turn understand how much it needs to reach any desired goal. Through this education process you will learn what foods provide the most nutrient density for high energy levels and improved body function, the importance of and practical application of planning and preparation, and true balance. NO food is off limits! You will find yourself making more educated choices so you will feel your best, while still enjoying the foods you love. This result is a sustainable way of eating for life and long term benefits.

Resistance training: Increase strength and bone density, improve posture and balance, and build lean muscle mass (your body's fat burning machinery) to truly change the shape and functionality of your body. Go through a movement analysis to assess the starting point and have a full program developed based on your physical needs and goals. Throughout the program implementation you will receive detailed instruction on proper form, technique, biomechanics, proprioception (the mind-muscle connection), and progressive overload. The cherry on top is having me there to push you harder than you'd ever push yourself, while still ensuring your workout stays safe and effective.

Flexibility, Mobility, and Corrective Exercise: Keep your body free of aches and pains and help prevent injury by improving muscle flexibility and joint mobility. Improve posture and movement capacity by correcting muscle imbalances and improving range of motion. Static and dynamic stretching and specific mobility and strength exercises will be utilized based on your personal needs.

Cardiovascular exercise: Based on your personal health, performance, and/or body composition (fat loss/muscle gain) goals, a structured cardiovascular exercise program may be given. Improve heart and lung strength and endurance and enhance daily caloric expenditure.
